Thank you guys ! As a result of your replies, Hans will probably keep the drumbrakes on the car.
I assume putting a BB engine in a fullsize is pretty easy, or is there something he should consider ? Anders

Outside of possible cooling issues, I can't think of any offhand. In may High School days, we did this swap quite routinely.

A friend of mine has a 67 Impala SS orginal 396 4 speed car and it has drum brakes and does not have too many issues hauling it down from speed.
