Not to get off topic,but Chevrolet started public selling the IROC Camaro in 1985.
I bought a Loaded Demo 1984 Z/28 HO Camaro in October 1984 from Team Chevrolet,back then the IROC was just arriving for the 1985 new car year.I ended up trading in that 84 Z/28,for an 1985 Blue IROC shortly there after.I made them throw in the NEW IROC Presskit & stills,and Showroom pictures etc.
