if it has Motion and Chevelle in the same sentence I try for it I did see the other motion mags and passed them up
My Dad did own a Motion Chevelle years ago when i was a kid but made the Big Mistake alot of others did and traded them up/down for a MOPAR and has been kicking himself ever since and Yes we are looking for pictures of the car for me to post them. I driven out to Long Island many times looking and sometimes bringing home parts, books, pictures and as much information on finding one of those cars. Funny thing is the guys that work at the old Motion building knew less than most of the people I talked too out there about Motion though very nice guys and they did point me in the right direction on finding what ever i was looking for ...I have to say the well is getting dry.

You would have been disappointed in that magazine. The 69 Motion Chevelle in the article just has a few Motion modifications such as Mallory dist and Traction Master bars. In the pictures it looks like a stock SS 396 with SS wheels and tires, SS396 emblems, and stock SS hood. It looks like the pictures were taken before the car was finished. Still is a very good issue but the Motion Chevelle doesn’t look like a highly modified Motion Chevelle as you would expect.
