67 all build dates could have received the Heater delete plates and it was on the cowl tag as well. On the trim tag it would be Option group 2H.

68's up until Jan of 68 could have received them. Anything from Jan 68 for the Model Years 68/69 to get them it would have had to been an export car. Keep in mind though the dealers could still sell them over the counter and they could install them. Export meaning anywhere outside the lower 48 states.
