I sold a set of bare castings with matching date codes for $600.
That soulds like a good price.

The latest issue of Hemmings has a set for sale, coded for early 1969 @$775.00 for the pair.

Sounds like the guy is asking a fair price then,If I purchased some other than locally I would have to pay shipping and that would put them well over $800.00.I think I will buy them for my new engine project.
