That's a 1967-68 plate.
Earlier in '65/66,it had the Chevrolet font italicized,and also used this fiber backing.
In 1970,Chevrolet re-issued this plate for the 3rd time,but it was all solid metal & still had this font.
All 3 designs used this same slogan.
