My buddy just checked another survivor car of his and it has a negative cable with a length of 26" and a part number of 6296745YF. The positive cable on the same car is: 6289199ML. He said this was a heavy duty set up and that it required the battery to have the positive terminal near the fender. That is new to me.

Mike I think they gave you the shorter cable. There must have been several different combinations for 69.

I'll do a little more digging on this one.

PS. My cable codes match what is on the build sheet, so I know they are correct.
