I don't have the window sticker but your question caused me to look at a few other build sheets I have. One of them is a copy of a friend's 70 SS396 that was a Van Nuys car like this El Camino. On his build sheet there are no markings like those that you pointed out on mine.

Does anyone else have a Van Nuys build sheet for a 70 Chevelle or El Camino with those special notes just below the first row of options?
