That's not a POP imprint; looks like something from the trucking company. I thought the Gibb files contained the check-in sheet that would have the imprint.

The bud that had the ZL1 met with Gibb in the '80s. They were both former Chevy dealers and hit it off. Gibb said he had tried to order the cars heater delete but by '69 heater/defroster was federally mandated for North America. The ZL1s were an enormous burden for him, not just financially. They didn't sell, took up space. There were theft problems so they put up a fence. They regularly moved them into the building at the end of the day.
