It originally came in either a 1970 Chevelle/Elcamino 450HP/LS-6,or a 1970 Corvette 390HP/LS-5,both equipped with a TH400 obviously.

Any other numbers on the lower pat of the tag?

..it was assembled on Saturday Dec.19th,1969.
