my Atlanta 70 has the vin stamped on top of the frame pass. side all the way at the back.
my Atlanta 69 has no vin stamped on the frame.

Interesting Donnie. I have been unable to feel or see with a mirror the VIN on my Atlanta 69. Frame #, date, code and manufacturer are there though.
