I put Trim Parts hood molding and emblem on my '71, fit quite niceley, although it was missing the two inner mounting studs on the hood molding, not sure if they are all like that or not, but a quick call to them and I had 2 on my doorstep within a couple of days.
Their parts are top notch, as is their service, I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them to anyone. I dd have a good mark hood on my car, but that also seemed of good quality as well. Trim Parts stands behind their products 100%, and I think you will know why when you receive the parts. |

</div></div> Oh I've use pieces from the them before with good results. If I'm not mistaken though, others have found some inconsistencies. In this case, I've decided it's best to have the molding picked and filed. I have only two pieces of trim that need work (the rest are perfect), but I may as well have 'em all stripped, polished and sealed (or re-anodized). Thanks for the input. Wayne |
