Will be at least a couple grand to make up a proper die. We use some rapid prototype processes at work that I can check up on.

What dealer are you looking for?

This is a very interesting topic. After firt reading it I did some surfing and there is definitely some setup fees as mentioned by Tony above. Also, I would imagine a certain number would have to be ordered (EG - 250).

I wonder if you could just buy one plane chrome frame (for example) and get a vinyl strip printed to adhere to the frame. I'm no lawyer, but there may be some copyright issues. However, it could be free advertising for dealers still in business and may not be any problem for dealers that are no longer active.

I would love to have one saying "Dunlap Chev - Macon, Georgia".
