This was on Gary's Camaro when he first bought it...it's much taller than the stock intake [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img]

It's an old Weiand. A friend has the Rectangle port version and it looks absolutely identical on top. Chevrolet and Edelbrock dual plane manifolds used the same plenum/runner configuration while Weiand went off on their own and did their own strange dual plane runner configuration like this one.
