What happened to the chassis in the pics ?

The car was in a barn that burned to the ground. Part of the structure fell on the remains of the car, and for some reason they cut the chassis into pieces with a sawzall to get it out.

Hi there - Incredible chassis pics ! I would be very interested in the memorabilia - I am currently working on the idea of an Allard book, this would be a fantastic feature !
