Yes. All bb frame brackets position the engine approximately 1" to the right. If you intend to use a T400 you will also need the crossmember for it. Manual trans bb cars did use a different one than all sb but the sb crossmember can be re-drilled or use the later 1-bolt trans mount. You will also need the bb z-bar.

Be aware that '67-'68 brackets are not the same as '69. The '69 bracket is shorter and narrower, designed for the thicker interlocking motor mount. Problem is the '67-'68 motor mount will fit them causing all sorts of problems. Whatever you use the motor mount must be a tight fit on the bracket. If the fit is sloppy, with a 1/4 or so gap the mount is incorrect for the bracket.
