Default sealing copper head gasket

OK, so it isn't a race car. I am installig a copper head gasket on my BMW turbo car. I run 15 - 18 psi boost. Had a copper head gasket that lasted 5 years before the water sealing failed. Block is "O" ringed and head has receiver groove. I used Yamabond around the water / oil passages. Trying to find something that won't fail, even after five years.

Saw recommendations for Hylomar, but they make three different kinds of RTV. Look here:

http://www.hylomar.co.uk/index.php?o...&Itemid=56

Do I use the 100, 300 or 600, or possibly another Hylomar product? It will only be applied around water / oil passages.

Anyone have experience with Hylomar?

Figured someone on this board was using copper head gasket on something.

Thanks.

Lynn

Doing some more reading, and am now thinking I need the universal blue RF. Anyone with experience?
