Default 1969 Chevelle Malibu Question

I am looking at a 1969 Chevelle Malibu that is for sale locally. I am a Nova man more so than Chevelle man and I was wondering how rare of package this Malibu is. Like I said it is a 69. Originally a 350 250 hp with a Muncie M20 4-speed. The car also has bucket seats and a console. I did not think many Malibu's would have a 4-speed with the console and stuff. Is this rare or pretty common for the year?? It is a Canadian car and all the options were coded original to the car and are still in it in good condition.

Thanks in advance.
