Is there a proper position in our hobby on repoping these? I had the die's( 2 plates-no dash ) made years ago and have them down at my machinist's shop...I have never offered them to be made for sale but we use these in our NHRA cars out here....

I dont know if its proper but I am installing my set on a race car. I can see your concern for the cloners out there using repoped parts and passing them off as real ones. I guess buyer beware and do your homework before you purchase a car with a heater delete. I think Charley had mentioned that heater delete plates only came on cars that were exported from the lower 48 States and if you wanted to delete your heater you had to purchase the parts at the dealer.
