No, it is not! The factory deep sump oil pans have only one weld line going around the sump. It is close but not exact. Impala pan modified by owner by adding a strip of metal between the sump and the upper part of the pan.

Exactly. I owned 3 of the factory deep sump pans you could buy over the counter from GM. Yes they had the one weld line as you stated. I sold my factory deep sum pan, factory windage tray and bolts and factory oil pump as a complete package for 1,000 dollars a few years back. Very rare to find all these parts together. Agree that fabricated oil pan is close but not exact.
