No, it is not! The factory deep sump oil pans have only one weld line going around the sump. It is close but not exact. Impala pan modified by owner by adding a strip of metal between the sump and the upper part of the pan.

That looks similar to the pan that I made for my car many years ago when I couldn't afford a deep pan.
