TRACKING DOWN OWNER

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE THE THIRD OWNER OF MY CAR BUT
HAVING NO LUCK!!I HAVE THERE LAST KNOW ADDRESS IN 1976, AND THAT IS ALL, COULD USE SOME HELP PLEASE.
