fixing air cleaner horn, i need your help

heres my problem: i have the original smooth bottom air cleaner for my 69 z28 but the horn is pretty beat up. i have about a million service replacement air cleaners with perfect horns but i am clueless

on how to swap them over. has anyone here ever done this or know anyone who can do it? any help is apriciated. thanks alot guys
