Those are awesome. Would hate to see any of those sacrificed for someone's dinner.

the two tone is a "twin" that the embryos merged/morphed before birth and became one "being"....
funny..i just saw this on the history channel or animal planet or the food channel... cant remember..just a week or so ago... not common but happens across the animal kingdom more than one would think..

Based on the term used so loosely today,and due to their special color,one might call those COPO's.....one might.

One in 2-5 million lobsters are blue. A genetic defect causes a blue lobster to produce an excessive amount of protein. The protein and a red carotenoid molecule known as astaxanthin, combine to form a blue complex known as crustacyanin, giving the lobster its blue color.
One in 30 million are yellow – caused by a rare genetic mutation. One in 50 million lobsters are half and half colored! Only about one in 100 million lobsters are albino – lacking in colored pigments. These are also referred to as “white” or “crystal” lobsters due to their metallic appearance.
