Those are awesome. Would hate to see any of those sacrificed for someone's dinner.

Is the two-tone factory?
|
the two tone is a "twin" that the embryos merged/morphed before birth and became one "being"....
funny..i just saw this on the history channel or animal planet or the food channel... cant remember..just a week or so ago... not common but happens across the animal kingdom more than one would think.. |
Based on the term used so loosely today, and due to their special color, one might call those COPO's.....one might. ;)

One in 2-5 million lobsters are blue. A genetic defect causes a blue lobster to produce an excessive amount of protein. The protein and a red carotenoid molecule known as astaxanthin, combine to form a blue complex known as crustacyanin, giving the lobster its blue color.
One in 30 million are yellow – caused by a rare genetic mutation. One in 50 million lobsters are half and half colored! Only about one in 100 million lobsters are albino – lacking in colored pigments. These are also referred to as “white” or “crystal” lobsters due to their metallic appearance. |
