This is true. The car ran 9.5" bias ply slicks, ladder bars and headers back then from what I can gather. Sounds like an excuse as to the reason the Camaro lost.
I know it was a LONG time ago but you wouldn't happen to remember anything else of significance about the Chevelle would you? Anything that could help build more history would be appreciated.
