1968 & 1969(except VERY late cars) did not have a white lettered tire available. 1970 thru '72 used them. However the tires you picture are not the ones used on Corvettes. For goodyear tires, they were marked Wide Tread F 70 15 Goodyear in white letters. I suspect the tires you show are either '69 Z28 or COPO camaro.
