Very typical of the Mustangs I rebuilt up here. The right side strut rod bracket, frame rail and core support are more severely rusted, but they are under the battery and if it was left in the car for 35 years in storage, it may have frozen or cracked in some way and the acid leaked onto those areas. The rest is just normal Mustang rot and everything is available to rebuild it. Lots of work and time, but it's doable.
