1966 Chevelle Muncie repair

I dug into the Chevelle trans yesterday to change out the tail housing. This was from last year at SCR, when the driveshaft went into a severe vibration and snapped it off.

Lynn, I'm with ya and have used air tools for over 50 years, BUT I now have a Milwaukee 1/2" 18 volt brushless impact and haven't pulled my Ingersol Rand air gun out of the drawer for over a year....

That Chevelle was most likely beat to death by the time it was 5 yrs old and then the oil embargo started. Plenty of big block cars had their hearts ripped out and replaced with small blocks.
