Turns out the front left wheel wasn't rubbing on...

Turns out the front left wheel wasn't rubbing on rust but an old attempt at a fiberglass repair. The tire also may have rubbed on the fenderwhell just a bit under full compression of the suspension....

Finally got around to adjusting the tach. I removed the driver seat, laid on my back with my head/arm behind the dash. With a small screwdriver I adjusted the tach and this is best I could get it....
