Yes they were in the Yenko network. I believe they actually sold a few Yenko cars too.

Marlin stated this a few years ago on here.
Tamson sold 6 1970 deuces, 4 survive, 2 are gone. J&W Nova Parts in Danville, VA have 3 of the Tamson cars, all a/t's, one of which is Forest Green, original paint and stripes and is kept in their showroom. The 4th is also in Danville, and is owned by the owner of a car lot. This 4th deuce has an interesting story to it. The car was originally red, however the first owner wanted a blue one - so the dealership apparently repainted it blue, without the Yenko stripes re-installed! Not something you hear about every day! Then this from Kevin Hand: The 4th deuce is owned by a close friend and painted its original color after a 4 yr frame off resto. It is back to it original color , red. Documented and still in the city it was sold in. Bought yrs. ago from original owners son for pennies on the dollar. |

According to my files, Tamson was one of only 2 Yenko network dealers in the entire state of Virginia. Colonial Chevrolet was the other.
