Default 1969 torque converter

hi i have a pin hole in a new converter in the main weld in the middle of the converter... does it need welded or will j b weld fix it

JB Weld will not fix it. It needs to be welded by a professional or it could easily be ruined.

The pin hole may not be a real hole, but only an imperfection in the weld. Check to be sure by blowing or sucking on the suspected hole to check it first.
