Back when I was in high school, I got a ticket for “chirping” the tires in my Camaro. A family friend who was a lawyer, who knew absolutely nothing about cars, met me on the court date.
He asked “ Alright Dave, explain to me what happened” So I told him what happened.
Next thing I know, he is in front of the judge explaining that my car is equipped with a super high performance transmission and a high stall speed converter, etc.
You would have thought my lawyer was Don The Snake Prudhomme.
He explained everything to the judge and all I received was a fine.
Those were the good old days!
I found the ticket!

Yup, first car. I have had my Camaro since I was 15 years old. So I guess I’ve had it for 36 years.
