Sorry. That is bs. Gold should include born with engine. Period.
It is what is is, and guys and gals just need to accept it. Create a separate class for restamps. Why? Because SOME of the guys want the gold cert just to get more when they sell. Call it Gold minus or silver or something else. Just don't EVER put both original born with in the same category as restamped. Great way to kill off the hobby. Of course, I have no vote. Still bs.
