Ha! Only 598 hp and 600ft.... I can see why you had to upsize to the 565. What'd it make?

The 565 made 672 hp 700 ft on pump gas..... had to ad a vacuume pump to keep my power brakes

Thats decent. I built a 565 Dart a couple years ago and it made 713hp & 732tq on 10:5 compression with a Bullet solid roller in it. It was a mitt-full to hang on to when you mashed the go fast pedal.

Nice work on the Chevelle.
