I had my neighbor design and print an ashtray pedestal for me. This was just a chrome 50s ashtray I found off ebay the same size as the original. A few pics of the base for reference, and viola!

Thanks, fellas! Your encouragement means a lot.
Adjusted the cooling fans today, car idles at 180 all day in 100 degree Texss heat! Just bled the clutch, will do the brakes next week and then later on this month it'll move under its own power!

Next up will be A-Pillar trim, top latches, rear view mirror, sun visors, inner door panels and side glass, convertible top bow alteration, and I'll make a Hardtop. Anything else?!

Of course, adjustments and such. Time to just look at it for a while!
