 Once owned a 1967 Corvette just like this one: same colors, coupe, sidepipes, 4 speed, rally wheels with redline tires and a 427/390 hp engine. LOVED it. Drove it for 6 months. Someone cornered me coming out of a store and asked me how much I wanted for it. I really didn't want to sell so I added $1000 to what I paid for it . . . he said SOLD!. Gave me cash the next day.

  1970 Challenger set up for bumper testing by Dodge If you remember, federal law stated that 1973 models, the front bumper had to survive a 5 MPH hit. The following year, 1974, the rear bumper would be included in the mandate.
