Still testing. How do you reduce the size of your pictures so they are smaller than 100000 bytes?

You need a picture editor, one may have come with your digital camera (I have Nikon Editor that came with) or you might use Adobe PhotoShop or there is Microsoft Photo Editor. WIth one of these programs, you can crop the actual picture for a smaller size, or you can use "save as" and specify a smaller (compressed) picture size.
