I think the 1969 black on black L78 4sp Nova with "factory" 4.88's was a Brantford ontario car as a friend of mine, the original owner of another 1969 L78 4sp Nova did recall this car and I even knew the og owner name of this 4.88 car.

427 STRATO might know more about this Paul Van De Karr, 1969 4.88 Nova!

Did some more digging, the Lost Muscle Car page on FB is quite a good source.
This is the same person who posted the information on the black Nova.
Quite a cool little back story!
Looks like the dealer number 28352 was Lyman Chev in Ohio for both cars.
