Dear mom and dad. Having fun and meeting a lot of nice folks, please send money.

Friday night ran into several members, including Belair and sixtiesmuscle. Belair was carrying around 2-3 gold spinner awards, which he said he won, but I am inclined to believe he got them at a flea market. Thanks to Belair, did get to sample some Chicago style pizza.

The sYc club display is drawing a lot attention again this year. Out in front is Sandlin's '57, being showcased on one of mrrec's turntables. Next is mr70's dealer sign display, really neat. All this is followed by two rows of supercars. Several of the cars were judged yesterday and it will be interesting to see how they do. Rumor has it, one scored a 999(not mine).

The shooting of the video was fun.

Over all a another nice event, and a big thank goes out to Al @ Mid America for his hospitality.

Sandlin's '57 'Vert got the Modified Chevy "Top Gun" award, and Rich Gregory got the Stock Chevy "Top Gun" award...our '69 Yenko Nova as well as Frank Arone's '69 COPO Camaro both got Gold Spinners. Dad said he gave away LOTS of SCR8 fliers!

(Sorry if I left anyone out, I just got to holler at dad for a second on the cell.)

This pic was taken from our room yesterday in the Hyatt hotel that's attached/adjacent to the McCormick Place exhibit hall...just to give an idea where the show is located in Chicago. Don't make a wrong turn with your truck and transport trailer
