Thanks for defending Mikes integrity...I'm the guy who made the posting on craigslist for the car before he sold it as he was having issues with his computer etc...He didn't make any statements about the engine being original to the car or original paint either. the original rear end housing is in the car but gears were changed by a former owner and the scratched a code on it for them and the BE code is still there....

I have a message from him now that he wants me to copy and paste for him...."Them are not the fact's! All info on the car was presented 100% to the best of my knowledge the rear end was not restamped and never told so when the Hesketts had it the went from 410 to 4.88 then sold the second owner went from 4.88 to 373 and the scribed over the BE which is visable and that is what I told them!" and then this..."
The rear end is correct but never restamped from the factory it was scribed over like alittle kid did it when they installed the 373

I'am highly Pissed to have my name drug threw the mud! especialy on a open forum for every one in the world to see!!!

from the pics, if that car is crusty i don't want that person looking at any cars for me. My opinion is that comments get made to kill a sale so someone else can swope in and buy. no names, no accusations i have seen it before.

Jeff B., I knew that you had the smog to this car and was wondering if it would surface here. So what is the final outcome here, and what are the future plans? Resto? Street? Race?
