Both Gordy and Jerry said the Plymouth did see limited street duty. Can you imagine being on the receiving end of an S/S on the street back in the early 60's?

Thanks for sharing your way cool Savoy with us! I remember the first time I saw (maybe I should say...heard) it...

Bruce, Your slipping, where is the video of this monster running!!!

[/ QUOTE ]

Bruce cracked the whip and I got busy. My boys and I had some fun this weekend video taping the Savoy making some noise and smoke. Dad’s fun was driving the Plymouth, my boys’ “fun” was shooting the video and teaching (dense) Dad to edit the digital video tape. We headed out to a relatively remote area of the Sonoran Desert so as not to bother anyone and here’s what we got....

Making dBs and CO in the S/S!

P.S. Special thanks to Mick, Keith, and the boys!

That is a way cool video !! Was hoping for a little more smoke though!!

Two questions if I may Sam.
What program did you use to assemble the stills/video/audio tracks?
and why does the last video clip show the car reversed with you driving on the wrong side? John is the walrus?

Hey Chris,

Thanks. It was fun putting it together. It was my 1st and I look forward to the next one. I used Mac's iMovieHD. Really pretty simple, if you have a personal tutor (aka my youngest son). You are sharp Chris. I was goofing with the last clip. Man, nothing gets past you guys!
