At this point, what do you really have. A piercing in the firewall??? It will be interesting to see how this morphs into a fully documented, all orig drivetrain COPO....

There are reasons why people actually 'pass' on a given car, this is one of those types of cars. Some people are comfortable with them, while others are not.

Thing that appeared strange to me was the firewall appears to have all restoration work done including primed but rest of the car doesn't. could be my lousy site or lousy pics but I had to ask myself why..

Sounds like all 4 of the Reedman Copos, which '12Bolt' told us about, in the thread about his former Reedman Copo, featured on this site, are now accounted for.

Lets try to keep the replies more positive. While I am a neutal party here and seldom get involved in bashing cars or there owners, I will say this. The car is what it is. A NOM 69 X44 COPO from Reedman Chevrolet. One of 4 ordered in consecutive body numbers.
The buyer did his homework before he hit the "Buy it Now". I picked up the car Monday and took it to Reedman on my way home. I spent an hour with the General Sales Manager talking about his 47 years with the company. He sold alot of performance cars back in the Musclecar Era. This just may have been one of them. ![]() |

I love these kinds of stories - congrats to the buyer - wish I was that sharp on COPO Camaros!
