Sam, I'd say about 300 cars yesterday. Need to do a count someday.

Kaysey, panorama shot is just 4-5 digital photos stitched together with Photoshop. That one took about 5 min to prepare.

Howard, instead of shooting cars yesterday I was thinking of a photodocumentary called "The Women of Pavillons". Unfortunately, I got such a dirty look from the companion of my first subject that I had to reconsider.

Kasey,

Actually, even with the earlier Olds show, yesterday was a bit light. What do you think Denis, about 300 to 350? Of course cars come and go from about 2:00 on.

Thanks for the pics Denis and Sam. Too bad I can't see any of the pics...I'm stuck in hotel hell...I think that the internet here is even slower than Gags internet connection...LOL. I'll have to check out the pics tomorrow when I get home.

BTW...I called a guy that works at Firebird raceway at the last minute Friday to see if he could get 2 comp passes for Lynn and Holly to go to the Checker/Shucks/Kragen Nationals at Firebird this weekend. He called me back and let me know that he could get them two...

Lynn called me at the racetrack...and they sent a cart out for her and Holly...and the "free" passes ended up being Castol VIP passes...they got the royal treatment! Me? I was stuck in Casa Grande (still here in fact) working at a racetrack with super stocks racing....LOL!

Gary...should we hit Pavillions next Saturday???

Surely with a telephoto lens from 1 or 2 rows away this can be accomplished.

T-3's, Halogens or Aftermarket I love'm all. They all need a little twist'n and tweak'n....like your trying to tune in KCMO for a late night ball game!

Hi Bruce,
I am planning to go to the Pavillions this weekend. Do you know if this is the "Pontiac" weekend? If so, some new changes on Sondra's GTO. We took two cars last time we went in November, (before I left for the Bronx). If it is Pontiac week, maybe the GTO and the Z06 will go for a change.
