Good point. Bring Judi and I will make it a point to be there! Every household and shop should have someone like her around! Hopefully someday I can be part of your Thursday night bashes!

Pretty safe bet Judi is coming along. She won't let that new 'Pick-em-up truck' out of her sight for long!

(Nice truck, Don! )

Naw, he makes a pretty good burger and brat flipper not to mention retreaving drinks too so we still need him around for a while. Besides that he throws a pretty good party and from what I saw, can really shift a 6-speed quite well.

Yep, JUDI will be there with me.

Rick, that damn rev limiter kept me from showing my true shifting talents. I have received comments from over half of my neighbors about your late night departure after the cook out. Mainly what the hell kind of car was that?????????

At least they were comments and not complaints. I tried to imagine how many people I rolled out of bed with that one considering how late it was.

By the way, the rev limiter had nothing to due with your ability to shift as I was told you are an expert. However, it likely saved you a lot of money.....

The following weekend after the Secretary of State show was even more fun. After the show we got invited to http://www.fccustoms.com/projects.php for an evening party and burnout contest. They asked us to bring the car into their shop for everyone to check out and it seemed to be a great hit. There was likely 300-400 spectators there and some WILD cars. We made sure upon our departure to let everyone know their tune up skills were appreciated but not needed at this time.

Thanks again to Don and Judi for the great party. Very nice group of people you had there as well as some great hosts. Don's shop is a site to behold as is his collection of cars.

It may be my "biased" view, but is it just my imagination or is the lineup for the sYc Supercars display for this show the best ever?

They are always great with beautiful cars, but I gotta say this lineup blows me away.

Thanks sYc! I can't wait to see this all in place.

If anyone has any questions, idea's or concerns please let me know via e-mail. I am headed to Chi-Town Monday and will have limited web and phone access, but I will be checking in whenever possible.
