Bob that looks awesome. I want to come over and see.

No car projects for me this winter. Paying back the wife and working on some home remodeling.

1972 Nova SS350 we picked up over the summer. 82,000 miles, 2 build sheets, M20 4-spd, smog, all there! Had to bypass the heater core because it is blowing smoke. I just bought all new hoses and hardware, heater core and related gaskets. In two weeks the car is heading to the restoration shop.

I was going to do a lot of the work myself but now I do not have the time. Its a real shame because most everything I need done is within my limits. He will paint the CL wheels, fix the heater core, install all new hoses, get rid of some bondo around the rear bumper, fix a drip in the gas tank, drop the tank to get the build sheet, fix the horn relay/horns, and get the radio to stop shaking. Then is off to the Hi-Po Speed Shop for a new front shaft kit, wheel alignment and idler arm. I should have it back in a month or so.

I would post some pictures but nothing has started now... just boxes of parts...

1969 Nova SS winter project. Originally a 350/300 4spd CSilver SS black standard bench seat. Swap to 396 day two street machine. Spent much of its life in Des Moines IA area as a drag car. Earl

My Firebird is almost finished, have 5 point harness, door panels and headliner left to install. I was doing a bunch of little burnouts then did a 3rd gear burnout in my driveway Thursday and attracted a local fire marshal.

Default Winter project

Car has been sitting since 79 with 11,000 miles, e-mailed Jack Seymour to get some survivor detailing tips. Thanks for the info Jack ! Car has some cool history that I will send to Bruce for a members rides piece.

As soon as the weather breaks I am finishing the garage walls and floors and getting a lift, it's getting tough to detail a car on your back !
