That looks REALLY nice. Dare to be different: no spoilers and no cowl hood. Car has a "no frills" Day 1 street racer look now.

I like the SS hood, no spoiler and SS wheels with redlines, but its not my car.

A very nice car indeed!

What leaf springs are your using?

I want to know since my 67 needs springs and i'm doing my research on the ride hieght of all my options.

Back when I put this car together, I went with the Eaton springs. There functional, but not correct if your concerned about that sort of thing. I do wish now I had spent the extra $$ and went with the correct looking reproduction springs. The fronts are Moog BB springs I got at Summit. Sits OK I think.

It looks great in old or new looks. If I had to pick though I would pick the new look. I like the SS hood better than the cowl induction.

I saw this car in person tonite at a local car cruise. It looks awesome with the dog dishes and red lines.. The paint on the car is incredible as well!!

Mike,

You did a great job on the make-over. The car is spectacular. Here are a few shots from last nights Solon, Ohio cruise in. I just had to post these.

Quite a few folks stopped in their tracks when they saw Mike's car. Rightfully so.

500+ cars in attendance.
