Bruce, did you see the fantastic 67 RS/SS Camaro "engineering car"? One of the 1st off the line in '66. Marina blue with blue interior. I counted 34 factory options and another 7 documented dealer installed. Much documentation. Even had cruise control and a tissue dispenser. Simply history on wheels. Appeared to be unrestored.

Yes...I think...did it have a white bumble Bee stripe? I didn't get any single shots of the car...

The vette picture did not show up the 1st time I looked at your pix. HEY, how did you do that? I think the valve covers are correct painted - not a vette guy tho. Don't have a good answer for the air cleaner cover - that does not appear correct.

Bruce... that red Corvette is a 1965 L-78. The painted semi-black air cleaner cover and valve covers were standard equit. A dull chrome air cleaner cover for BBC cars was a '66 change. The chrome valve covers only came on L-89 '67 Vettes.

All 396, 427 Vettes ('65, '66, '67) got painted orange valve covers unless the L-89 option was added.

Bruce... That '73 Z28 is a neat car. Did Mike mention if he bought it off ebay?

The white Berger COPO is a neat story. The original owner has that car today! He bought it back in the day and had fun with it. He eventually sold the car and regretted it big time. He found the car later and bought it back.
