You also cant use GM promotional photos as those cars received "show paint".. But Charlie is correct. A lot of original cars were a high level of gloss from the factory. I also believe there were some that received a lower level of gloss from the factory. This debate will never be confirmed unfortunately.

It's back up with a $1000 haircut...now $31k. I still like this one, albeit with some crispiness under the vinyl top.

The only thing that turns me off on this car is the engine and booster in relation to the rest of the car.. I do like the dealer emblem though.

Looks fixable. I'd rather have the original shroud.
