Your welcome Jon! Very happy to see them on such a historic Camaro. Here's a shot of #1 in action at Daytona....Photos from the Pony Car wars 66-72. ![]() ![]() |

Thanks.
Steve, that top photo looks pretty cool with its little bit of distortion going on. |

I think its actually shot in the infield (1968) , I had to twist the pic a bit, but the distortion is in the real photo. Pretty good picture book, I'd recommend it !

Mark, I'm happy to see you get back to being a Camaro owner again. That L78 will be a fun cruiser. </div></div> Thanks Jon. The thought of being back with a Camaro in the garage is exciting...but the car still isn't there. The seller is really dragging his feet and I am starting to fear that he is going to back out. He has owned the car for 15 years, so I will allow him to back out if that is what he wants - nice guys deserve a chance to correct a mistake - but deep down, I hope his wife forces him to follow through

Steve, I do own the book and it's great. I just didn't remember the distortion in the photo.
Mark, that sucks that you don't have the car yet. I do hope it works out for you. If it turns out you have to move on to a different car, I'm sure you'll still find something cool. |

I had not seen it. Thanks for letting me know, Dan. That's a very nice shot of the car and in color too.
